Return to a branch
To begin, contact the branch where you purchased your remanufactured or refurbished part. Our staff, who have access to an online application, will photograph your part and send a request on your behalf to the specialist core department in our company, which also has direct contact with suppliers. The whole process should take no more than 1 working day and you will be informed if your part meets the supplier’s core return policy and you will receive your deposit back. Rest assured, only a negligible percentage of parts are not suitable for remanufacturing and the most common reasons are severe corrosion or very severe mechanical damage to the part.
